Return the item un-used in its original condition by Royal Mail Special Delivery and remember to take out extra postal insurance to cover the value of the package in transit if it cost more than £500. This cost should be met by yourself.

Mark the package 'RMA' with your RMA number (for example RMA70123456). If you do not have an RMA number apply here: Get RMA Number.

Exceptions include damaged goods, boxes and wrapping, special orders including non-stock sized rings, gold earrings under £200 and body jewellery. Goods should be returned within 14 days which is deemed to commence from the date of dispatch, and you should apply for an RMA number within 7 days.

If you purchased a box you may return the order in any suitable container, as boxes are not refundable.

Damaged Goods:
In the unlikely event of goods being damaged in transit, this should be immediately reported to Royal Mail Customer Services on 0845 7740 740 and to ourselves by email: Contact us by Email. Please keep all packaging materials for examination by the Royal Mail and remember to include your order number in any correspondence. These items will ordinarily be replaced free of charge.

Earrings & body jewellery are covered under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, as amended in 1994. This does not affect your statutory rights.
